Health & Awareness Sessions

Through the National Rural Health Mission (NRHM), RISE has conducted numerous health and hygiene awareness trainings for women and children in rural areas. These programs focused on essential topics such as sanitation, maternal health, child care, and the prevention of common diseases. By promoting healthy living practices and providing access to health resources, RISE has significantly contributed to the well-being of vulnerable communities.

Programs

SHG Promotion and Linkages Program

In partnership with NABARD, RISE has implemented the SHG Promotion and Linkages Program, connecting rural self-help groups with financial institutions. This collaboration has enabled SHGs to access microcredit and other financial services, boosting entrepreneurship and fostering economic independence. The program has empowered many women to start small businesses and improve their household incomes.
